Guatemalan has a full bodied taste with a delicate balance of

100% COLOMBIAN DECAFFEINATED
For those who prefer or require a decaffeinated coffee, Colombian
decaf. offers a great alternative to lesser, more bland decaffeinated
coffees. The agents used in removing the caffeine have been virtually
eliminated in the finished, roasted product.

TURKISH BLEND
Coffee is not commercially grown in Turkey, but this country played
an important role in the history and development of coffee through
the ages. Turkish coffee is more of a method than a blend of coffee.
Traditionally, the coffee is roasted dark to produce a heavy bodied
dark brew. This blend of coffee was designed to produce the same
flavour of brew enjoyed by the Turks of ages gone by.

JAVA
Java is an island in Indonesia. This earthy coffee is commonly
described as very heavy in body with light acidity.

BRAZILIAN
Brazilian arabica's are characterized as mild and sweet. A fine
bean to blend with other stronger coffees.

MOCHA
Mocha has come to denote coffees from a particular country, in
this case, Ethiopia. High grown Mochas are characterized by high
acidity with almost a winy tart flavour. This trait, contrasted
with the deep, earthy flavour of Java, have created one of the
world's most recognized blends: Mocha Java.

MEXICAN
In the last two decades, Mexican coffees have improved their quality
